1. Remove the app’s access
- Open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find KosmoLab and select Remove.
- Open Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Under Active, find KosmoLab and select Remove.
Once you remove it, the app can no longer read from or publish to your account.
2. Request deletion of stored data
Email hello@kosmolab.si with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the Facebook Page name or Instagram username you connected so we can find your data.
3. What we delete
- access tokens for your connected accounts;
- account and Page identifiers, names, usernames and profile pictures;
- content, scheduled posts, comments and insights stored by the app.
Posts you have already published stay on Facebook or Instagram. You can delete them directly in those apps.
4. Timing and confirmation
We delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm by email when it is done. We keep only what the law requires, such as a record that the request was handled.
